REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC — Refund and Cancellation Policy

Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC is committed to providing high-quality educational consultation services. Because our services are personalized and time is reserved specifically for each client, the following policy applies to all bookings.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled. This applies to the Home Safety Strategy Session, the Home Safety Follow-Up Session, and any bundled offerings. Fees are considered earned upon scheduling, not upon delivery of the session.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session at no additional charge provided that written notice is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may incur a rescheduling fee of $50. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 60 days of the original session date.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be applied as a credit toward a future session, valid for 90 days from the date of cancellation. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or credit. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
4. No-Shows
If a client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided advance notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund, credit, or rescheduling accommodation will be provided for no-shows.
5. Client Technical Issues
Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC is not responsible for client-side technical difficulties, including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or platform access problems. If a client is unable to connect to their session due to technical issues on their end, the session will be considered delivered and the standard cancellation policy applies. Clients are encouraged to test their video call setup prior to their session.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund or credit requests arising from documented exceptional circumstances — such as a medical emergency — will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation to [email protected] within 7 days of the scheduled session date. Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC reserves the right to request documentation and to make final determinations regarding eligibility.
7. Modifications to This Policy
Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking will govern your session.
