The Home Safety Strategy Session and Home Safety Follow-Up Session are educational consultations — not clinical evaluations, occupational therapy services, medical assessments, or any other licensed healthcare or therapeutic services. Adaptive Aging Solutions, LLC does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition, disability, or health concern.No client-therapist or client-provider relationship of a clinical or therapeutic nature is established through the use of our services. Digital products — including guides, toolkits, and eBooks — are provided for general educational purposes only.

2. No Substitute for Professional Care

The Company's total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
